Is Rolling Stone trolling us?

Rolling Stone’s List of the 250 Greatest Guitarists of All Time is at best an attempt to troll the public and at worse an example of how out of touch Rolling Stone is. Personally, I feel they purposely make these lists Ridiculous to get people to talk about them.
